He wasn't arrested. He just wasn't allowed in.
See, the SOVEREIGN state of Israel, like every other SOVEREIGN state, decides who should be allowed to enter and who shouldn't.
Now, since Fink obviously feels more comfortable with the jihadis, he should visit them instead.
